Yeah, it was challenging to post 4KG encyclopedia huge book via international post to make it safe and secure as it was expensive book, I have done it on the end. Yeah, postage wasn't cheap, but looks like you forgot to state that it was still bargain, more likely last NEW "Ottova" encyclopedia in the world, so basically priceless, but sounds still unhappy? Why? You have no idea how much time I spent to pick proper courier. Result positive: You have received it SAFE and undamaged.
