Very good communication with the shop, when my parcel was stuck on the way for a long time around New Year I contacted the shop and they kindly sent me one more item free of charge. Though it took around 2 month for delivery altogether, both parcels came finally in one day together. I contacted the shop again with a question of what to do with the second item and they didn't ask to send it back as a form of compensation for a long waiting time.
