They have forgot to send me another top. It has been almost two months since the original order. I have got many excuses. The top is pretty and soft but not worth the hassle.
This company feels that they gave you a great price that you should not worry about a new top has stains on it or not. I washed the top and also hand washed the top too with the stains still there
Also, the thread was fraying from a brand new top. They should not sell to the USA with excuses
