Lovely tree. Shame I can’t say the same about DHL. Twice it was “out for delivery”, twice it was “returned to the depot” where it then sat all weekend and DHL did not respond to my enquiries until Monday morning. So 4 days late. I asked the seller to intervene and was advised to contact DHL to re-arrange delivery. Not helpful when DHL weren’t responding to me. Further communication from the seller consists solely of screenshots of tracking to show it’s been delivered. Yeah I know. Unhelpful.
