I was very impressed with seller communication prior to dispatch. Item arrived as promised but on unpacking two of the ten planters were damaged. I messaged seller to advise but no reply so I messaged again after a week to get a rather poorly considered and rude response. They claimed to have responded but ignored the screen shots of messages I sent them showing they hadn’t. Such a shame this is their idea of appropriate customer service. I will not buy from them again

WE OFFERED a FULL refund on your purchase, but as only 2 were slightly damaged due to transit damage, and you had used anyway you decided not to return the items
