I had issues with the quality of the product I received and requested to return it. The seller offered me a refund a few days later and insisted I keep the helmet even though I offered to ship it back. It would have been nice if the product met my expectations but I am happy to receive a refund. The seller went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Good customer service.
