Arrived within 48hrs, well packaged. Easy to set up, very quiet, nice deep drawers. Unfortunately Freezer had some some scratchrs on the door. Contacted AO with a photo responded very quickly and offered a small discount wjich I was happy to accept. Ice cube tray was missing which is being dealt with. I cannot fault the customer service I received it was over and above. Freezer is excellent.
