Yes the seller has been contacted and email received from eBay advising to return for a full refund. I still need to know where this should be returned to and if seller is paying the return postage. As previously notified, the item was not brand new as advertised. Box really damaged, scratches on the machine, back doesn’t fit properly and there is a small broken piece in the box.

    After looking round for a short while I messaged this company regarding a refurbished iPad . They were very helpful and also speedy replies . The company really did put me first and I’m so happy about that . They picked out the perfect iPad for my daughter and left a note on it that I have requested it . On arrival I had a look at the iPad and couldn’t find a single mark on it , not even a smudge . I set the iPad up for my daughter and all works like a brand new one would . Sounds great , battery life is awesome and the colour is very bright . I’m very great full for the company’s help upon this buy and highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying . I will be buying one after Christmas for my self after seeing this . Again thanks guys for all the help 5 star plus all day long 😊

    Why bother buying new?

    Always a little apprehensive about buying 2nd hand but very happy with the this. Looks brand new and great battery life, screen is in great condition, makes you wonder why people bother paying for a brand new one

    I haven’t used the iPad yet as it’s for my sons birthday but it looks brand new, colour on screen is amazing, no major scratches that I can see I have downloaded 2 games on it for him and it was fast. Very pleased with it and for the price.
