Items were as described, but 2 of 7 plates were received broken. Seller uses paper for packing material, which was not adequate protection, but was completely cooperative and prompt with a prorated refund for the damaged items! Shipping costs are high, but probably not the fault of the seller, just inflation.

This seller was a complete delight to work with. Unfortunately, my item was broken during shipping. I contacted the seller and they promptly responded and said they would refund my order. Later that day, the full amount was charged back to my credit card. This seller took charge and I really appreciate only having to reach out to them "one time" with my concern. They made it right.
