i bought this online as i suffer terrible with hot flushes i can honestly say since i started taking these tablets the flushes are no where near as bad so black cohosh does really work and doesnt cost a lot either

Did not end my moderate hot flushes
I tried this product for 30 days, my hot flushes are now moderate and I when I was on HRT for 5 years, they disappeared entirely (initially, they were severe) . This product had no particular effect either way, I still had moderate hot flushes so I will not be purchasing again.

Started taking this at the recommendation of my GP, for the symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes and mood swings. I didn’t want HRT so gave this a try. Am SO glad I did! It certainly works and it is a big help. Everyone is different, of course, so please ask your GP for advice before starting new medication, especially if you’re taking prescription drugs. Easy to take the tablet... My moods got a lot better and my daytime flushes have reduced. I'm waiting for the night flashes to calm down but it may take a bit more time. I've only been taking it for a month so there's hope.
