Just Dance 3 for PS3 features over 45 songs from a wide variety genres and musicians. Artists and bands include The Sugarhill Gang, Katy Perry, The Chemical Brothers, Janelle Monae, Cee Lo Green, and Gwen Stefani. Songs feature radio hits such as “Baby One More Time” and “Party Rock Anthem” alongside soundtrack favorites such as “Let’s Go to the Mall” from “How I Met Your Mother.” Just Dance 3 for PlayStation 3 features the same gaming elements as previous versions of the series. The screen displays the choreography, and you earn points by perfecting your moves and working on your time. You can play on your own, take turns on the dance floor, or turn on Dance Crew mode to dance with up to four players. As you boost your score, you can unlock extras, such as Dance Mashups, extra songs, and new game modes. If you love to sing, switch on the karaoke feature to sing along with the songs on the screen. In Sweat Mode, you can get a workout as you dance. Sweat Mode boosts the activity level to help you break out a sweat as you dance. Sweat Mode also includes workout plans to go with your playlists, so you can create your own fitness plan to stay in shape. Just Dance 3 for PS3 requires one or more PlayStation Move controllers. These accessories contain motion sensors, which are essential for scoring your dance moves. The game does not require any other accessories, but you can get a boost out of your gameplay with a PlayStation Eye. PlayStation Eye accessories are digital web cameras that connect to your console. The microphone in the Eye can pick up vocals in karaoke mode, helping you access additional features in the game. Just Dance 3 for PlayStation 3 is the third installment in Ubisoft’s popular “Just Dance” games series. Its rating is E for Everyone. This rating means that it is appropriate for all ages, so you can play the video game with the entire family. The PS3 version features several exclusive songs that are absent from the Wii and Xbox 360 versions. The PS3 version is only compatible with PlayStation 3 games consoles. This version of Just Dance 3 is also not compatible with 3DS or PS Vita portable games consoles.

    Fun

    The graphs are not super great but I think the game is fun. I get the best work-out from this game. There is a sweat mode that really is about getting a major workout. There are plenty of different songs to dance to. I have a hard time matching up with the dancer. I think I am following along, the motion sensor doesn't seem to think so. However, since it isn't really a competitive game it's fine. A player can earn points and unlock other features. I have been enjoying that. It keeps the game fresh as I play more and more. I will definitely consider buying other "Just Dance" games in the future. This was my first one and it was a good experience.
