Very poor experience of purchasing 2 of these sets of L'Occitane for Christmas presents; boths sets arrived damaged & dirty - one with a torn / ripped wrapper and the other with no wrapper at all. Neither gift set had the security seal so contents were able to be opened, one item was visibly damaged in transit. No packing material had been placed around these sets, not even a plastic bag to keep items clean & the postal box was enormous so the goods were thrown around inside before delivery.

The item arrived in good time but was very dirty and shabby, without the cardboard surround, and some of the bottles appeared damaged. Not at all like the photos and description. Had to go out and buy a replacement Christmas present. Contacted the seller who, after a few messages, issued a refund.
