Collection

Although collection from our warehouse is not possible you may pre arrange to collect items from a Camberley based residential address weekdays after 6.30pm and weekends before 12pm. We require 24hrs notice and all collections are by appointment only. Please contact us before completing your checkout.

Returns and refunds

If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, we have a no quibble returns policy. Simply notify us and we will arrange for its return and replacement.

If you change your mind for any other reason, we are happy to exchange items, refund or credit your account, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 working days of their receipt, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. All postage return costs are chargeable but we only pass on ParcelForce's costings to us. We regret, however, that we cannot refund postage costs.
