We're really glad you’re happy with the product. Regarding the €16 charge, unfortunately, the French government has recently been applying a double tax in some cases. Even though VAT was already paid at the time of purchase on eBay, your government incorrectly charged it again upon delivery, despite all documentation being correctly filled out. We recommend reaching out to eBay's customer support, as they should be able to refund this incorrect charge.

They were bubble wrapped, so they were safe in the box. I think they were wrapped 3 times in bubble wrap then bubble wrap on top and bottom. The American side of the postal service lost the package half way around the world, but it showed up and they were quick to respond with helping me! It was a great value for the money!
