Short Shipment! I purchased the sets based on ebay Item Description & Photos. Almost half the pieces were not included in the package. Contacted Seller who advised that he had already sold the missing components on to another Buyer on ebay... I offered to find a mutually satisfactory resolution. Seller was subsequently unresponsive. I would avoid in future.

Offered buyer full refund on return of goods. Buyer refused to return goods (at my expense) as it was too difficult. Offered to collect item from buyer but he did not respond. Then tried to buy another item from me via a private message at a huge discount because he wasn’t ‘happy’ with the first transaction. I am still prepared to collect item and provide a full refund - this is the solution which he says is not good enough!
