Arrived as Described. - Seller needs to show some respect for the item the buyer has paid for and understand that placing an unwrapped item into an empty box shows absolutely no concern for customer service or respect for the buyer or the item they paid for. I could have gone negative or neutral on this but I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt. The next buyer who receives an unwrapped item in an empty box may not be so gentle!

The ornament arrived on time and was packaged very carefully in the box as advertised. It is in excellent condition, and is going to make a wonderful keepsake gift for my boyfriend, who is a huge Slytherin fan. I’m very happy with my purchase, and the seller did a fantastic job of shipping it here in one piece- the ornament is ceramic, so I was a little nervous about it. I will definitely purchase from this seller again!
