The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Really nice toolbox, as a marine engineer i like to have all i need right besides me, and this toolbox gives it to you providing massive amount of storage. There's downsides too, as its quite heavy, and for what i do it needs to portable by manual handling, and this box has only one lifting point, which is centre handle, that is not enough, i have added side handles already and it works perfect, in my opinion box should be already fitted with this handles but its not, not a big problem and overall is really good.Really nice toolbox, as a marine engineer i like to have all i need right besides me, and this toolbox gives it to you providing massive amount of storage.
