Seller did everything possible to get me the merchandise in a timely manner. Unfortunately the postal service was less cooperative in moving the package along. The seller did his best at his end of the purchase, even to financially compensating me for the inequities of the United States Postal Service. We were both at the mercy of a USPS non-service.

Thank you!! A++ They're a great seller who I would gladly buy from again! Item came exactly as pictured, it was in good shape and it arrived very quickly, though I do wish I'd realized the plug was so short! That isn't the sellers fault and rather mine for not using critical thinking effectively. Seriously, why would such an old clock would have an adjustable cord hidden within it's back? Swing and a miss on my end but nothing an extension cord can't fix. Still happy. :)
