The seller wont help if you have an issue. £95 gone after the parcel goes missing. Chose a different postage method to what was chosen and it never arrived for click and collect. No idea where it is. I would have known if they had used the original postage method but they chose royal mail 2nd class instead. They refuse to refund because 'they would be at a loss' thats great, so am i, why should i have to pay for their mistake.

We are really sorry for your experience however we have been in contact with you since we distracted your order and as business we could use alternative post for our products. You never mention in your posting address anything regarding to click and collect and if we knew that before purchase we would let you know alternative option . Also we do get prople claiming not recieved item and we have to do our investigation .
