Arrived the next day, very quick shipping. We live in Prescott and this was sent from Phoenix, so possibly why. Shipped quickly nonetheless. Product is in excellent condition. Much cheaper, including shipping, then if purchased from anywhere else. Ended up not actually needing the replacement motor (our GFI switch was out on that outlet) duh!!!, but now we have a backup. Juicing is a very, very health way to live.
