Very sketchy experience. First, seller used Yodel instead of advertised Royal Mail. Item arrived on time, but at wrong address (wrong house number given to Yodel). Seller did respond (sporadically) to my messages, contacted Yodel and sent me screenshots of Yodel receipt etc (essential in this case), but I ended up having to call Yodel to work out what was happening. Item got returned to seller, who eventually resent item, successfully, via RM Special Delivery. Seller needs to up their game.
