Wales Grand Slam 2005, The Year of The Dragon. Why was it purchased, it was purchased as a gift for a 27 year old man who plays rugby. The title is very very apt, with Wales having the dragon on its flag,and back in the 70's,Wales were the dragons of the rugby world. This d.v,d of 2005 shows that the newer generation of rugby players can with a great deal of effort can put Wales at the front of th rugby scene and give the nation its pride back in the game. The reason why it was liked is that as stated it gives a reminder of past victories in a modern way. The reason why I personally won't watch it is, (1) it's not mine (2) It reminds me of how great Wales was at ruling the rugby world, the world over, compared to today. I dare say that the younger generation could 'benefit' from watching ... Wales Grand Slam 2005, The Year of The Dragon.
