The LED lit tree I purchased arrived with a damaged box. It was supposed to be a birthday present for someone. I contacted the seller and they did not help me at all. I sent them numerous messages to send me a return label. They never did. After several different chat sessions with eBay - they finally stepped in and gave me a return. I would not recommend this seller.

I was told by the seller that the item won't be shipped for about three weeks after purchase. I was given an option whether I should proceed with the purchase or cancel the order. I chose to cancel. I really don't know the reason for the delay.
