I asked a question about the color of the letter since it was not in the description. I was impressed with how quickly seller responded & offered to share photos. I wrote the same day and did not get a response FOR A WEEK which was after I decided to chance it & buy the letters hoping it is what right. Package arrival between the 10th and 16th which it didn't (maybe weather). BUT I OWE POSTAGE! Two days late, no letters, and post office saying I owe them. Horrible way to do business.
