After a week not receiving the item after the advised ETA we contacted the seller and yes that was true, but they kept silent.
Then a 2 month emailing started about the VAT invoice. Several requests to send it to us and we get one where the VAT number is indicated, the VAT value was zero. Several requests to correct, which are either ignored, or the reply is the invoice is good as is. Finally we get an invoice with hand written correction on it...
