I'm normally a size medium but went for a large as I know these items can be smaller in size and it was still far too small & tight, I couldn't even get the item on. I tried to process a refund but it will cost me nearly the same amount to send the item back. If you're going to order then I'd definitely go up a few sizes, otherwise it will be a waste of money.
