Two and a half weeks after ordering still no chair received, seller blamed the delivery courier saying the consignment was too large and had been returned to them damaged. Nothing happened in terms of sorting out a redelivery with a replacement after week one when I originally queried the whereabouts of the chair. Full refund after raising eBay request.
