The blue vinyl colour is darker than in the generic picture used (see my photo of actual vinyl colour). Nevertheless, it’s still a nice package with the very nice illustration booklet inside. Delivery time is a little stretched, but with free postage and a good value package, this has to be expected (delay was probably caused by the royal mail anyway). The Mana game worthy of the original, (unlike secret of mana)
Squaresoft have finally thrown a deserved and decent financial budget at one of the titles that helped shape and define them as a huge rpg force in the gaming industry. By far the best mana remake so far and sales figures have shown there is an apetite for more in this original SaGa, from what i consider to be a sleeping giant ready to be unearthed. This is great news for classic jrpg fans in my opinion. Highlights: 1) The music score choice of either the original or orchestral - can be chosen on the fly whilst in any area, this is an incredible use of nostalgia. 2) Switch portable mode is almost flawless with solid 30fps, i own ps4 pro version also, that has a platinum trophy and mostly 60fps. 3) collection of mana is available on switch (not on ps4 at time of writing).
