Hi, I am sorry that the item arrived dented, despite wrapping it in multiple layers of protective film. Unfortunately I cannot influence how the parcel is handled by the courier company, but please be assured that this will not affect the actual product inside the tin. I chose to bear the cost of delivery to make this product financially accessible to most people. Putting it in a box would have meant a higher price to pay for the item. Thank you.
