The Helmet came new as described, but seems like old stock. I was a little disapointed with the packaging. You would expect at least a little bit of some protection for the helmet inside the box, but there was just a tiny thin piece of bubble wrap on top of the helmet. I ordered from Germany and the parcel service was the worst i ever experienced. I got packages from China litterally five times as fast.
