A good quality helmet, well made and functional - does what it says on the lid !!!!
You only get one pair of eyes, so why take the chance with them. A trusted product from a known branded welding accessories maker and supplier. light weight and easy to use and you can get replaceable filters for it. Grinding mode is great. Instructions useful and relevant. Worth paying a bit extra for that most important safety aspect, to filter out harmful UV radiation and infra red rays and visible light, and also keeps bits of hot metal off your face. Response time light to dark, and delay settings are great. plain and simple, but very functional. is very comfortable on your head with lots of adjustments, which the cheaper ones don't have. You only get one pair of eyes, so why take the chance with them. seen better but get what you pay for
not a very clear view when working in a workshop, ok outside in the daylight, True colour is terrible. My head is 60inch and it fits just, cant get a welders cap on. Overall you get what you pay for 4/10 Welder for 20years, sorry but wouldnt recommend, for a occasional user maybe ok

Excellent quality reasonably priced welding helmet
I am an amateur welder and was really frustrated with not being able to see what I was welding through my cheap (about £30) auto- darkening helmet. I decided to upgrade and bought this helmet to see if it made a difference. I could not believe how much better my welding is with this helmet. Pre-darkening it gives a very clear view but the major difference is when it darkens after I strike an arc. I can now see every detail of my welding, which results in straight, even, good quality welds every time. its light good viewing area
I like the fitting fits my head perfect for my view i use ver/focal glasses so looking at the bottom end of the lens most of the time thanks to the large viewing area this is possible Like the ability to adjust setting for my surroundings The helmet very light not sure how well it will stand up knocks and drops time well tell

Good quality, easily adjustable delay, good visibility.
I have other cheap welding helmets, I bought this one after completing a TIG Welding course, they used these helmets at the College. The transition as the arc starts is seamless. Visibility is excellent and quantity is very good.
