Des Weiteren werden Bewertungsmethoden fur den Abriss oder die Sanierung einer Immobilie aufgezeigt. Immobilien durchlaufen verschiedene zeitlich Phasen, die in unterschiedlichen Quellen in ihrer Anzahl variieren. In dieser Arbeit wird der Zyklus in 4 Phasen eingegrenzt, die im Folgenden erlautert werden. Es wird dargestellt, dass nur durch das Zusammenwirken aller Parteien wie Bauherren, Baufachleute, Investoren etc. eine optimale Ausnutzung und gegebenenfalls Verlangerung der Zyklen und stetige Kostensenkung gewahrleistet ist. Da in jeder Phase unterschiedliche Firmen und Institutionen mit hohem Konkurrenzdruck aufeinandertreffen, arbeiten diese unter hohem Kosten- und Leistungsdruck. Sie mussen trotzdem gewahrleisten, dass ein ubergreifender und reibungsloser Ablauf unterhalb der Lebenszyklen besteht.
