Two items arrived 100% destroyed (the outer package was not damaged).. A third item was also broken which I glued back together. The buyer offered me a $2 dollar refund despite the two largest necklaces being 100% ruined. Eventually, the buyer gave me back half of the $22 price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seller. Please read the following… Package was shipped extremely quick but when we received it, the package had been handled hard I could tell by the post office. Unfortunately some items in the transit didn’t make it unscathed. I reached out to the seller where they were over the top understanding and was quick to make the situation right.
