  • You will need a food processer for most of the recipes

You can tell the author had put in so much work to make it possible for this book to be published. As usual he has his own twist for some of the recipes to be possible for the American reader. However, not every family own a food processer to be able to prepare the food in the book. The recipes are very interesting and you will want to try them out for the variation.

  • It is very accurate.

I Bought the book few weeks ago, and I love it. The book is easy to follow, and the ingredients are easy to find in the market. Martin Yan gives you a bit of history and takes you back to the kitchen where the recipe comes from. Yan's passion for food it clearly shows in this book.
