I had to pay an additional unanticipated $37 in shipping costs AND had to retrieve the shipment myself (I'm in my '80s) from the post office. When I managed to uncrate the picture I found the glass is cracked. The picture itself is lovely and as anticipated. It is the kerfuffle and unanticipated effort and COST surrounding the acquisition that angers me. It should not have been my expense that vendor did not anticipate or advertise the true cost of shipping.
