Very poor indeed! Tin badly dented & damaged due to NO packing whatsoever, it was wrapped it in a BIN BAG! Also half the sweets are missing! Seller used Evri as a delivery company who left it on the door step in the rain! These were meant a surprise thank you for a family member, I feel embarrassed too even mention them. Top tip, to avoid dented or damaged items, pack them properly in NEW packing so they reach customers safely and in 100% condition and use a delivery company who cares! 0/10!!

We sent all our items in packaging. We use plastic bags as double protection from water / rain. Your parcel picture shows the signs of packed seal of tin box. From picture, seal doesn't look broken. However, if half the sweets were missing, you would have contacted us to raise it with courier.
