Item is as described, except that the locking device is different from picture/s. The locking device is just a push clip, so it is not 100% secure. It is a budget version of the real thing. For the price however it does the job. I would not use this item, if you were carrying a very expensive tool in it. Unless you want to take the risk of the holster lock failing on you and losing your expensive tool.
If tool is cheap, but extremely important. I would think twice about this item.
