Ware kam nur in einer Tüte verpackt an, Material ist nicht so hochwertig und man musste die Schnürsenkel noch selber einfädeln. Der Preis ist aber dafür unschlagbar. Mal schauen, wie lang sie halten. Kommunikation war etwas verwirrend, erst Mail war auf englisch und das hat zu Unstimmigkeiten geführt.

Artikel passte nicht und ich wollte ihn zurückgeben. Das sollte dann an eine Adresse in England gehen. Erst nach Rückfrage gab es dann die Rücksendeadresse in Deutschland und nicht die in England. Kosten für die Rücksendung sind somit natürlich geringer.
Grundsätzlich wurde mir angeboten den Kaufpreis komplett zu erstatten und das Produkt dennoch zu behalten.Finde dieses Vorgehen zwar für den Kunden einfach, aber aus Nachhaltigkeitsgesichtspunkten nicht gut. Ich habe den Artikel zurückgeschickt
