All well initially, but Amazon (as the delivery provider) somehow advised the package was "undeliverable"!! When advied the Seller immediately arranged for new delivery, and all was delivered well within the usual guidelines. Very unfortunate that it seems as though the Amazon delivery people made such a dogs breakfast of it all - I would happily buy from this Seller again!! Many thanks for all your help in getting the items to me!!

I contacted the company as I thought being weedkiller it should be in stronger packaging. I received a reply thankng me for bringing it to their attention and they would look into the matter. I was offered a refund immediately for the bottle that had leaked. So hopefully in the future these will be sent with more secure packaging.

Unfortunately the package was lost by the couriers and therefore missed the delivery date. When I contacted the seller a replacement order was sent out on a next day delivery which duly arrived well packaged the next day. Very happy with the manner that the seller sorted out the problem which wasn't theirs but the courier company's. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
