A simple but effective way of being able to expand your home network at a realistic price. At a gigabit, it is fast enough to maintain and cope with most home internet speeds. Simple to use just plug and play. However, you must have your own Cat5 RJ45 patch leads as none are provided. Just patch a lead from one port of the switch directly into your router/modem and the other 4 ports are ready to use for any device you wish to add and to hard wire to your network. Small and efficient
Very easy to use, plug and play. It's a lot smaller than you think. I plugged a single network cable in from my router then the cables to the other systems and it worked a treat. It seems to identify which cable is providing the network as there isn't a dedicated network port for the source network. Overall very pleased

We have switched internet provider (now tv to sky) they only have 2 ports so I got this so we can plug in my bf PS4 and my tv in as well it's all good my bf says it runs smoothly. Fab product.

Simple to install Netgear Ethernet Switch
Great piece of kit. Just plug in and works a treat. No software installation etc. Been great for connecting the tv and digital tv box via wired internet connection rather than wifi.

Works straight out of the box
I bought this to replace an old 5 port Netgear switch (100Megabit) which had a couple of faulty ports. The new switch went into place worked immediately and at a Gigabit as well - bonus!
