I was very disappointed to discover that the lighting in the snowman didnt work,as advertised! I complained to the seller and pointed out that it had a missing pulltag, indicating it had already been used. I was offered a £1 off my purchase price to buy batteries. I pointed out to the seller that I already owned several of these snowmen and in four years none had needed replacement batteries! I was not offered my money back for faulty goods. I would not recommend this seller.
