I have tried to contact this seller on two occasions. The item delivered was substandard and DID NOT lather up. I have used this soap for twenty years bought from a local chemist. I wouldn't mind so much if the seller answered my mail, giving them a chance to explain and contact their suppler but this was to no avail. I obviously gave the seller a chance to explain and I also asked for a refund. I am a pensioner and I am now outside the ebay return policy. Such is life with this seller.
