The coat arrived in good condition and fit as described. Providing measurements was a critical factor in choosing this particular coat. Opportunities for improvement: (1.) NEVER ship a garment of this size and quality stuffed into a plastic shipping bag. It's a miracle that it arrived undamaged from shipping. There were two tears, but no damage to contents. Strongly advise using a box. (2.) Disclose all defects. I have to have three buttons re-attached as they are falling off.
