Because the seller sold the tubes as new..when infact it appears at least one of the tube's where used before being sold as new..I contacted the seller with pictures of the weight difference between the so called new tubes..The seller suggested that I send it back..I informed them it wasnt worth my time unless I could send it back for free.

I don't care about your feedback !!! You can write want you want!!! I know the seller I am. Honest & genuine. I have no reason to deceive buyers or scam them out of pocket. All items I sell are new & Unused + check when they come into stock. These cleansers were both new & unused. Its the way they were fill, i.e by a machine. They were sold in tubes of 30 millilitres. Why weight them and not pour them out and measure them in ml. They were not sold to you in grams and ml was clearl on the tube :(
