Great eBay seller. Product was exactly as per the photos. In fact I think the camcorder looked even newer then the photos! Had numerous messages through eBay with the seller and, even though it was a Saturday evening, they quickly replied to my enquiries. After receiving the camera I tried it out and it works perfectly. The company is Perth Variety store and they have been apologetic, even though it was not their fault and have kindly promised to send to me another for replacement at no cost.
