Frying tonight!
Most purchasers of an Air fryer seem to equate them to just cooking great chips. They are much more versatile, as this book shows, with a great selection of dishes. Only drawback is it's preponderence of American style food (It is an American publication, after all!)

Its a good way to get your mind trained to how to use an air fryer, but I think it is more aimed at Americans, as there a Lot of recipies that use American words for the ingredients like zucchini. That beo=ing said, its nice and easy to go through the recipies with easy to folllow instructions. Good book if you like that kind of food.
Disappointed as it wasn’t what I had hoped for. So many things cooked in breadcrumbs and gherkins are used a fair bit. It’s mainly American style food. If you like this kind if food then go for it. It wasn’t for me.

Not very impressed.
As mentioned in other reviews more for the American market than UK. Didn't find much of interest in the menus as probably a bit on the conservative side taste wise. Can't see me doing Sweet Potato Hash for breakfast. If you are looking for a book with cooking tips for more U.K. type meals then maybe not for you.
