Viewing Service:-
 
We have viewing facilities at our shop at DY5 3YL.
 
All our products can be viewed, if required, before paying by arrangement * (see conditions below)
 
All bikes are supplied with a 1 year return to base warranty. We do not cover the shipping costs.
 
* The viewing & pick-up service is available for most items from our shop which is located at our head office in Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 3YL. Please contact us before coming to collect.
The carriage charge showing on the listing is not applicable when collecting.

This assumes a MAINLAND UK address. Surcharges to certain parts of the country are as follows:

N. Ireland, Isle of White & Isle of Man (all offshore islands): £ASK
 
£ASK = Please contact us for an up-to-date cost for these additional charges.
 
These charges (£ASK) must be paid in addition to the cycle cost and standard carriage listed if you live in one of the areas above.

Price is per bike; due to the size of our boxes we are unable to combine carriage charges.
 
Bikes are shipped with various carriers who are unable to specify a time for delivery.
 
In most cases we can offer track and trace numbers.
 
 
 
 
 
Receiving the goods:-
 
All cycles are brand new unless clearly stated.
 
Due to the size of the boxes and transportation process, cycles are sold as and considered to be marked to cover the transit process.
 
Please inspect your item carefully before signing for it. Items signed for as "received in good condition" cannot have a transit claim levied against them at a later date under ANY circumstances.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to tell whoever signs on their behalf of these rules of receipt.
 
If you are unable to inspect, you must sign as "UNCHECKED" Not doing this voids the carriage insurance.
 
The transit insurance covers the cost of the bike only; no refund of carriage will be made in the event of return.
 
Straightening of mech hangers is not considered transit damage.
 
Please ensure the pedals are with the bike prior to signing.
 
If you do receive a damaged item refuse delivery of it and contact us stating reason for refusal. We will then arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
 
Any shortages must be reported with 3 days.
 
 
 
 
 
Distance selling regulations:-
 
We will accept the return of any unopened item within 7 days of receipt; however the customer is responsible for the items safe return to us.
 
The item must be in its original packaging and unused in any way.
 
The customer is responsible for all carriage charges involved in the transaction and an admin charge of 10% of the sale price will be deducted for items returned on a "changed my mind" to cover admin costs.
 
 
 
 
 
Warranty:-
 
All warranties are return to base; any shortages on delivery should be reported within 3 days.
 
For warranty claims we will repair or replace the faulty component at no cost (labour and carriage excluded). However it is the customer’s responsibility to return and collect the item.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the cycle is fully serviced according to the owner’s manual. Please remember the bike is supplied in an un-serviced condition and requires set up of gears and brakes etc PRIOR to ANY use.
 
The warranty covers normal road use only; off road use is not covered.
 
No claims under warranty can be entertained for the following:-
 
Wear and tear,
 
Abuse,
 
Readjustment (gears and brakes),
 
Tyres / tubes chains, spokes, crank threads or friction parts and truing of wheels,
 
The length of the warranty is 12 months or as stated in the listing description.
