1) Any item bought from our eBay shop comes with a minimum 30 days warranty from the date of delivery unless clearly described as spares/repairs. Additional warranty is available at extra cost please ask.
 
2) Engines need to be fitted by professional mechanics not back street operatives for any warranty to be valid. We recommended a new timing belt and water pump kit, as this is one of the most common reasons for engine failure.
 
3) Before purchase you must either match up the part number or picture and confirm yourself that the item is what you require. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the part will fit your car. Once bought please email or message your contact telephone number for delivery purposes.
 
4) Delivery times are stated clearly on eBay and where possible we will send out items as soon as possible. A variety of delivery options are available at checkout. Express postage must be paid at the time of buying. We cannot accept payment for postage after eBay checkout has been completed. Please be aware the cut-off time for dispatch is 12:00 pm. Any item bought on 24hr delivery after 12:00 pm will be sent the next working day. Please be aware that the express postage charges cover the delivery service as well as additional handling costs to prioritise your order.
 
5) Postage rates are for UK Mainland, please contact us for international shipping options. Items with free delivery to UK mainland only.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Scottish isles, will incur extra charge please contact us before purchase to confirm the delivery charge. General small items, will incur £10 surcharge. Medium items will incur £25 surcharge. Heavy items like Engines or pallet orders a minimum £50 surcharge.
 
6) Any damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving it.
 
7) Customer has seven days to return genuinely faulty parts. Original postage cost of part will not be refunded, whatever the reason for return. We will not refund postage on any item should it need returning to us, as we do not get refunded from postal services Buyer is responsible for return P/P, whatever the reason for return. We cannot be held liable for any costs apart from our price of the part.
If a part is purchased by mistake then there will be a 25% re-stocking fee and customer have to pay the postage cost for both sides in order to return the part.
 
 
8) If you are a local customer we are happy for you to come and pick the part up. We have a dedicated customer support reception where someone is always available to help you with any questions or queries. Customer support reception opening hours: Mon-Fri: 09:30-18:00 & Sat: 09:30-17:00.
 
9) Make sure you are within the warranty period.
 
10) It’s your responsibility to make sure you have purchased the correct item. Pictures and part numbers are provided for your reference.
 
11) Where there is an issue with an item its best to call us as soon as possible so we can deal swiftly with the matter, therefore we will require a phone call to authorize a return. If you’re unable to call, for example you have no credit on your phone; you may send us a message on eBay, with your contact number
 
12) Gaskets, sealants and any bolt on ancillary are not covered by our warranty. Example, head gasket is not covered. This is a wear and tear item.
 
13) Mileages provided are clearly not warrantied. Where possible it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that mileages for parts are accurate.
 
14) Our warranty covers the cost of the part, and no other costs incurred. For example, labour is not covered. Cost of hire car is not covered. Cost or replacement part is not covered. Where possible we recommend you purchase additional warranty for your piece of mind.
 
15) We reserve the Right to cancel or refuse orders for items Shown in our eBay Shop with incorrect prices or any other incorrect Information. No Contract is made between us & the buyer until the order has been dispatched.

1) Items are sent through Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked & Parcel-force tracked either NEXT DAY or 48 hours.
 
2) Parcel-force make one delivery attempt, if you’re not at home to accept delivery then you will have to collect from the Depot yourself, or pay postage for a 2nd delivery attempt.
 
3) If you have missed the delivery of your item, and you don’t collect from the depot, the item is automatically returned to us, then we will refund less the return postage charge.
 
4) When paying for express postage, Please be aware this is a 24 hour service and not same day. Our cut off time is 01:00 pm, so any order purchased after 01:00 pm, will be dispatched the very next day. Tracking information will be provided for express delivery.
