The next day she sent me pics of filters not in a box at all with torn plastic exposing filters to the elements and asked if I still wanted them.Reply from: justwife1- Feedback replied to by seller justwife1.- Feedback replied to by seller justwife1.The filters were sealed, as I pulled them out to box I ripped the packaged. Because the buyer had asked about the package before shipping I let him know that I torn the package and did send the picture so he could see. He stated he didn't want them, so I instantly refunded him. I normally would have sent the filters seeing that I was the one who just ripped the package, but because he asked I did check in first. Just can't please everyone. no matter how hard you try.
