Plant from my wish list, so actually quite weirdly disappointed, as it arrived in a very small box with damaged leaves, and folded to fit it in. The postage cost over £6 and was also late.
It was supposed to be a feature plant for my living room and became a strange regret hidden in the spare room.
Good communication and the plant description was quite good, just the treatment wasn't the best for that £27.

Hi, I am sorry you felt this way about your plant. I have spoken to our assistant who packs our orders so that they will not squeeze a plant like this in to a box. We take huge pride in our quality and I am disappointed that this was not up to standard.The cost of postage is unfortunately not something we can control. We charge much less to our customers than it costs us to ship plants. I checked the delivery and it was not late, we sent it on the 3rd and it arrived on the 4th. Thanks, Craig
